i was trying to rate a pattern by 4 stars because i saw some flaws in it but it will not let me

It’s because of the level you are at. When you become a higher level, have more abilities such as ranking patterns lower. Just as a tip though, most people won’t be happy if they are rated less than 5 stars. What I would do it just leave the pattern be, even if you see some flaws in it (:

I don’t rate patterns less than a 5. If I don’t like the pattern, I’m not going to say so because it’s hurtful to the person who spent time making it and sharing it with others. Rating it a lower number than 5 does nothing but cause drama and hurt feelings.
