I have a great idea for a tutorial but i cant add a topic. Is it only Moderators who can add a topic? Or do I have to get to certain level? Thank you in advance! โค๏ธ

To make a tutorial, you must type out the instructions in the format of a tutorial on a Word document or PDF. Then you can message an admin and ask to email it to them. You do not have to rank any level (: It is a more difficult process than submitting a pattern, but it is very easy and admin is quite helpful!
