adding patterns

I can't seem to add a pattern. I use my computer as well as the app, but have found that adding patterns is only accessible on the computer. Every time I click "add new pattern" it will not let me do anything and tells me there is an error. Help?

I'm getting the same thing too, when I try to submit a pattern it says "ERROR" ! Please look into it ? Thanks !
