If you're having issues with somebody you can always report them to a mod, they can contact admin and have them dealt with. You used to be able to contact admin directly but he announced that he couldn't respond to messages anymore so I'd say that if someone is bothering you message a moderator.

It looks like you’ve already been banned... but if other people have this issue message a moderator!! Tho this is a site for bracelets and I’m not really sure why anyone would need to block anyone else? If someone is being offensive they get banned. Why did you make your forum about it @2006_Mandy ?
