Pattern Suggestions Please

I have seen some lovely variegated thread which I would like to use as a background colour. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for patterns with maybe a design I could do in black over the top but that still allowed the background to show ?

I don’t have any specific patterns but try and go to the pattern search and specify what u are looking for like normal pattern with two colors

I think any two color pattern would look really nice with variegated thread. When you go to look at patterns you can change the search settings to only show patterns with two colors.

Also any pattern with an outline would look nice too, for example #26403

Some patterns that would look nice with variegated thread:alpha background 2 color normal pattern with all variegated thread one of my fav patterns with variegated thread is #29348 |

I think any pattern with a black background looks great with color shifting or variegated thread. This is just my opinion but I hope this helps!
