Hi,I just joined bracelet book (an hour ago!) and I'm trying to make a normal pattern, but I don't know how to change the number of strings... I know how many strings I want but it will change it and add a lot of extra "a" colors. Can you help? Thanks! |

Ok so the amount of strings is double the amount of knots (say you have 4 knots u will need 8 strings) but odd rows you need 1 knot less so say u put abababab as strings and for knots u could put like f,b,b,f (new row) f,b,f- hope this helps 😁

@GabbyKnots sorry I am Europe time so I was asleep when you asked!!! I think @ariana_o said it but I’ll say it again in the top of the pattern there is a row on the top with a bunch of settings (like add photo add video add to do or rate pattern or add variation) around that area is the “love it” box. If you are on the app I’m afraid that you can’t do it😔 (well what I think anyway) so you will need to be on the online version

@tubsmith21 you click on your profile picture and then there are 4 options, click the “create pattern” option. Than you get the choice of making an alpha or normal.

@RAVENC You just keep them behind the bracelet, and a lot of people like to drag them up so that they’re out of the way. If you don’t need the string for the rest of the bracelet, you can cut it
