So I made a pattern but it got declined is there any way I can find the declines pattern so that I can see what mistakes I made

Go to the 'Create patterns' page. Click on your pattern and at the top of the screen is a message saying why it was declined.

Or you can go to your notifications and click on the pattern that says it was declined. Click on the number and your pattern and the decline message should show up.

you cannot see decline messages on the app, only on the website
