The rewards for challenges are the numbers by your profile pic. To get one, you can participate in one of the official challenges. You can find more details in the challenge section of the forum.

Basically there’s a weekly and monthly challenges created either an admin or moderator and all you have to do is post a photo of it with the word challenge in the photo.
