The Chinese staircase and the flip flop bracelet are also very fast. They're not regular normal bracelets but you can find many tutorials on them on YouTube.

Typically anything with fewer strings, so a four string pattern like #34169 or #20922 will take less time than a 16 string one. As others have said, #1 and Chinese staircases are the quickest and easiest patterns. I also find that bracelets with loose string are a lot quicker. An example is my pattern #33719 which only took me around 5 minutes to make once it was set up. 😊
