I suggest having your knots consistent, maybe your knots are not straight making the rows crooked. I sometimes use a ruler to push the row upwards so that my rows are straight. (If that makes sense) or try to tie your knots the same so your alphas can look even. (Hopefully this helps)

Make sure the loose strings in the back of the bracelet aren't pulled too tight

definitely what @halokiwi said. if you pull the loose leading string too tight they will bunch up all your other knots and make them bubble up
