How do you start the bracelet with a loop? I always just hate mine to the table but I see these people where the side of the bracelet is a loop and it seems so much easier. How do you do that?

There's a clear explanation with photos in the tutorial section on the teardrop loops. It's called 'Teardrop loops for normal patterns'. It's pretty easy!
