I'm not new to this, but I primarily only use one type of string and want to know what other favorite types to use are so I can maybe branch out.

I use cxc, mainly because I can buy it for literally 25p a skein but also the colours have always been pretty reliable and don't run in the wash!

Do you mean type or brand? Embroidery thread is the most commonly used type of string, some people also use yarn as you can get more for cheaper. But you do have to be careful it makes the same sized knots as other strings in your bracelet.

@Night_Owl I mean brand. I have tons of DMC as I also embroider. I have embroidery floss and loops and thread bracelet string but I just wanted to know what other people use.

Ohh i see, i usually just buy whatever is cheap on amazon, you can get packs of 100 for about £10. DMC is definitely higher quality though so it depends what your priorities are.
