I think it's really depends on how much time you put into them! Of course people will be more likely to buy if it is cheaper, but it shouldn't be so cheap that it undervalues the time and effort you put into it. I think £5 is probably a safe starting point for people to be interested. As a tip, make sure you clearly label everything with prices, and when you're sitting at a stall, it is better to just say hi, then keep yourself busy rather than stare at customers as this might scare them away - customers like to be given room to browse without judgement, and it will make them more likely to feel comfortable buying something!!
