Normal pattern bookmark ends

I'm trying to make pattern #25054 (starburst pattern) as a bookmark, as it's a really wide pattern. I'm planning on making double triangle ends, but I don't know what to do with the ties because I'm not wearing it. Should I use the no-ties triangle ends or make a single triangle end and no ties and use the strings as a kind of tassel at the end (sorry if that's confusing lol)? Basically, how should I end normal bookmarks?

You could make two triangle ends then use two seperate lengths of string to tie a couple square knots on each. Then just cut all the strings to the same length to make two tassels. There's tutorials on youtube on making square knots if u don't know how to

I would use I triangle end and make a tassel at the end. If you don’t know how to make a tassel you could always use YouTube. I do think both options would work but it depends on how you want your bookmark to look like 👍
