how do you add beads to loose string in patterns? I’ve tried to find tutorials on yt but I can’t find any

You can use a bead threader and if you don't have one, you can diy one from a piece of elastic band that you would usually use for beaded bracelets. Fold the elastic band in half, thread the beads onto the folded elastic band, pull your embroidery floss through the loop of the elastic string, pull the beads from the elastic string onto the embroidery floss.
