Teardrop but two of same color on one side.

I’ve just learned how to do tear drop, and done it a few times now. But when i was starting this new pattern (#41274) i noticed it wasnt the same colors on each side. I’ve already made the teardrop, tho i can open them and go back.. But is there any way of fixing this or another way to do this?Pls help): |

You could do a triangle start after your loop instead of a v-shaped start. Then you don't need to undo anything. Tie a square knot to bring the strings together and bring your strings to the correct sides while tying the triangle start afterwards.If you want to do the v-shaped start, you have to undo the loop. Check out MashaKnots' video on making loops with odd amounts of strings to learn how to bring the strings to the correct side of the loop. To me a teardrop loop is a loop with a v-shape afterwards, but I know that lots of people call any lop a teardrop loop. |
