Trying to make a lanyard, need help

okay so I am trying to make myself a lanyard. When trying to find a pattern to use, I stumbled across this image that ends the way a typical lanyard does (circled in image), but I haven't been able to find any tutorials on how to recreate that ending. does anyone have any advice or tutorials?link to the image: https://imgur.com/a/deggCop Also, do y'all have any advice on how long to cut the strings for the lanyard? I've estimated that if i want it to be the same length as my current lanyard, i have to make one 36" 'bracelet' or two 18" 'bracelets' which i'd attach using a plastic 3 pronged clip (like the ones you see on paracord bracelets). any and all feedback would be appreciated. I definitely feel like this project might be a little to advanced for me but I'd like to try anyway : ) |

I think it is probably sown together but you could ask the creator that posted the photo
