You get faster the longer you do it🤷 I watch YouTube while making bracelets so I don't feel the time past and don't get bored.

It always takes a long time, but with practice you'll get quicker.

For normals I recommend segment-knotting instead of knotting row-by-row. For alphas I don't think there is a method to make them quicker.

not exactly a tip but I notice I get faster at knotting when I'm doing it for a couple hours consistently (with breaks of course). I think once you get into the rhythm of it, it tends to go by a little faster. but I don't always have the time to sit down and knot for hours on end, so yk

Yes, it definitely takes experience to become a fast knotter. Just be patient and persistent, and eventually you'll get the hang of it. Segment knot for normals, and I would also recommend learning how to knot bracelets by just holding them and not needing to secure them to a surface, so you can make bracelets on the go.

Its definitely not your lack of skill, making these takes a lot of time and if youre new everything about making these bracelets or tapestries might seem super complicated but if you get a hang of it you'll find it kinda calming..so dont worry so muchh

It makes the time go by quicker if you put on a show, audiobook, or podcast! I also sometimes consider myself a slow knotter but have definitely gotten faster over the years (: and it helps when you can knot while catching up on your favorite media

yeah, you definitely don’t want to be sitting in silence while you knot- it makes the hours drag on! I usually listen to a podcast or blast music while I knot, but putting on a movie or yt video in the background would definitely do the job
