You go into the patterns tab and type there name in the place that says added by user then click apply filter

You go to your profile and scroll down. On your profile you can find your own patterns, your variations, your pictures, your to-dos and your loved patterns.

You hover your mouse over your username at the top. Then you click the button that says "Loves" and has a heat icon.
