For pattern 145 on the second to last row it says to do fb knots and fb knots but other threads are in the way.

Not sure what you mean... Have you maybe done a wrong knot somewhere(?) if you're meaning your strings don't match up to the pattern's, because I see no fault with the pattern as I look at it.

When you knot row by row sometimes the strings overlap in a way that they get in the way but there should be space to make the knot
