It's normal forward knots with one colour, and then to get the other, it's a backward knot using the other colour.Sorry, that probs wasn't very helpful |

For multicolored alpha bracelets, add in another string. Then wrap it around the background string. Start doing the knots. When you finished with those knots, put the background string under all the strings you knotted on. Go over the string you added. Then go on as a two colored alpha bracelet.
