How come some bracelet patterns are labeled for difficulty, and others aren't?

Older patterns are labeled for difficulty, while newer patterns are not, because moderators no longer give patterns a difficulty rating. I don’t know the exact reason, but I think it had something to do with difficulty being too subjective
