Hello, I've seen on the braceletbook Pinterest account certain alpha patterns posted as simple images, and I was wondering if there's a way to do the same for any alpha pattern on the site, saving them as an image that can be downloaded, or if it's just something that only the admins can do

You can save the preview picture. So before opening the pattern on the website, you can click on it long on a phone or left click on it on a computer and then you can save it. Your other options are screenshots.
