Upside down and regular alpha technique

Recently, I’ve seen a couple people make alphas in what appears to be a technique that combines the upside down alpha and regular alpha technique. For example, @zopnia’s photo of #83814 and @Sima-sima’s photo of #69453. I think it looks pretty cool, so if anyone has tried this or knows what this technique is called, let me know.

I don't think it has a specific name. If you wanted to give it a name I'd use something descriptive like "combined usual and upside-down alpha technique".I think you should be able to figure out how it's done if you know how both techniques are done. It is not the clean-back alpha technique btw. You can combine the clean-back alpha technique with the other two techniques but I think you can easily combine the usual and the upside down alpha technique without also using the clean back alpha technique. There are so many techniques when making bracelets and so many different options to combine them that it is best to just name the techniques you used instead of using a name to combine all the techniques used. |
