Tape the edge behind. Use flat alpha technique for one knot, then tuck the old leading string behind

Just tape it on next to your strings then treat it like your other strings

i use a single knot to attach the string to the bracelet, then use the flat alpha technique, tucking the previous leading string into the knot, before continuing the knot like normal. it’s the same as when you attach a new color c:
