what do i do for colour switches on the last base string if i’m doing the flat alpha technique??

If it's the first or last base string of that row, you don't do the flat alpha technique, you just do a regular color switch

I always do the flat alpha technique. If you have a colour change on the edge I usually do a fb/bf (depending on which side) and just continue the pattern as normal ❤️

Don’t use the flat alpha technique, just do a regular color switch. If you do a flat alpha switch, then the color will most likely stick out from the edge.
