To post a picture you go to the pattern you want to post a picture of and click the pulse button and click add a picture. Hope this helps

Supposed to picture as far as I know you can only do it on the iPhone app what Natalie said is the other steps

You can go under the pattern you want to submit a photo to on both the app and website and on the website it will say add a photo and on the app it will be a plus sign then you can upload and submit your photo for a mod to review
