do you mean knotting a shaped pattern or generating a shaped pattern on the website? if you want to learn how to knot a shaped pattern, please feel free to check out my tutorial called the “shaped bracelets technique.” the basic process though is triangle start, diamond, triangle end, repeat. masha knots also has a youtube tutorial, which i also linked to my written one. if you want to learn how to generate a shaped pattern, i answer this exact question in the comments of my tutorial on the website. i love knotting and generating shaped normal patterns so if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to message me! 🙂

For a simple diamond shaped bracelet: you do a triangle start, then follow the pattern as normal then do a triangle end and repeat. It's this base for most shaped bracelets. I learned how to do it from Masha Knots's tutorial.
