making a loop on non-mirrored patterns?

hi. i'm still pretty new to this.
usually, if i have doubled over/mirrored thread, i'll just make a loop- sometimes with a teardrop loop.
i was wanting to make pattern #34499 (among others), and i see in the photos someone was able to make a loop, but i'm not sure how to do that.

There are a few ways of doing it. How I would do it is do a loop and follow with a sloped end. Or if you want to do a teardrop loop chose yourself a v shape in the pattern and make it from there.https://youtu.be/N6-KQDLeKik here is a video showing many starts but you can make loops from any point you just have to choose it similar to shaped ends

And something else I missed was that D and E have just one String but you can cut of your string like for to bracelets and do the same with C and then divide the string in half. Put the string in half lengthwise and combine D&C as well as E&C and do a teardrop somewhere. or you can combine D&E and do a loop and do the sloped end like I said before
