@vanika check out @innovate's video on the shaped evil eye bracelet. It's the same technique.

Basically what you do is when you get to the edge you make a knot around all the left over strings at once. This way the unused strings get hidden in the edge.

@simplyroxy it is basically the same technique used as for pattern #49390. @innovate has a good video posted to that pattern on how to make shaped alphas.

The blue knots in this patterns are the knots you don't do. You can just ignore them.

At the widest part this pattern is 10 knots wide. That means you need 10 base strings.

In row 1 to 24 the bracelet is only 6 knots wide. In row 1 you do the first five knots like you usually would but the sixth knot is made onto the other five base strings at once. In row 2 you start with a knot onto 5 base strings at once and then 5 knots onto individual base strings.

You basically knot like you usually would but whenever there are base strings leftover on the right the right-most knot of each row is made onto all left-over base strings at once.
