I think it's best to use one really long black string and 37 blue strings, later on you integrate a pink, white and yellow string for the parts with those colours. If you don't know how to do that, there's a tutorial for multi-coloured alpha patterns :[
Well, I have too many unfinished patterns to start tying it, but I'm planning to embroider it instead because I wanted to make this pattern but to embroider it is much faster😄
