@naiyah thank you! Um so for starting it out with the base strings I did that knot where you fold it in half and pull the ends through the loop around the buckle. Then for the end I pulled the strings through the buckle and like tied them to themselves with a simple knot and pulled it till it was tight against the buckle. Then I used fabric glue to glue the ends on the back for extra security. Sorry idk if I'm really explaining it well, it would probably be easier to understand with pictures 😥
