@user10000 I also got my wooden dowels at Michaels crafting store as they come with tons, to certain sizes (roughly $2.99) anywhere from about 6-14 sticks in one pack to a variety pack ($9.99) 40 sticks!
@user10000 I do Larks Head Knots at the top (super easy) if you don’t know how I’d recommend watching you tubers such as Masha Knots! But for in depth on how to do the 1 string to make 2 on the ends to hang it I’d watch YouTuber “KnotLikeTheOthers” her vid on (Wall Hanging Tutorial For Friendship Bracelets) she goes into detail and doesn’t take long on explaining how to set up your alpha (or perhaps even regular) pattern this way! I absolutely love all shapes and sizes of patterns but I’m just recently getting into larger pieces for hanging purposes! I hope this helps if you have any more questions just lmk 😋🤩
@LillyGrace have I suggested you can get lobsters clasps keychains from Amazon I get 0.98 in across I believe those are huge flat bottom ones (I haven’t seen any bigger than those so far or I’d get them too but lmk if you do!) I like amazon because they give you a great quantity and great quality I always look at previous reviews first and pictures people uploaded just incase! And smart idea sometimes I reuse my string but at times it’s so short it because annoying trying to re-add in new string every other knot but to save string in projects that do not need a bunch of that color will be a lot better for future projects 👏🏽 thank you ☺️
@alexizzlle 😄 yeah it would possibly save the black and white string (depending on which color you use for the words) cause white and black colors go very fast when it comes to alpha patterns! Something I do is I save the scraps of string cause you never know when you could need some! I’m probably going to do this one soon cause it has a lot of fun colors. I need to wait though cause I wanna get keychain things but not the round ones the ones that have the flat bottom and the curved top. Kinda like the one on my dinosaur keychain but with a clip. Sorry if that’s not clear I’m bad at explaining things 😂
@LillyGrace I loved it so much I will perhaps try it without the words as well it’ll save string and time 😻 I love food pattern and I am getting into bigger patterns I love working with all sizes though tbh just depending how much time I have and what I want to do! I hope you pick amazing colors I changed the pattern around a bit but there’s so much color I LOVE IT!!

I’ve had this pattern saved in my todos for about 2 months but finally got around to it after I brought wooden dowels to hang it on! I’m very excited to start larger pieces that you can hang, the bracelet making world definitely has a variety of styles to choose from!
