@rmacyn I’m not sure, but I think when you do the chevron part of the bracelet, you either do less or more of the chevrons so you could do the color switch.
One thing I noticed when making this bracelet, was that when making the outer “disconnected” pieces, they seemed a lot shorter than the middle piece so I was tempted to do another row to make the outer pieces longer. However, you just have to connect all the pieces together tightly and they will align.
