Okay, never mind she actually did make #28132 because she replied to me in the comments of the washing bracelets video and said that she made this one. : )
OH! Thank you so much, I'll definitely be making this one though, and I also don't think it was that exact pattern even though she linked it because hers wasn't as thick as what the pictures showed.
