Should I use the straight edges method on this or is it not necessary

@Braceguru also if u don’t, check out floramimosabracelets in tik tok and she has a tutorial there where I learned. And if you don’t have tik tok just search up “floramimosabracelets tik tok” and it will pop up!

@Braceguru Do you have Pinterest? I absolutely suck at instructing this. I have a friendship bracelet board that has a ton of tutorials on the loop!

@halokiwi I was thinking of starting over so that's a great idea! Thanks so much!

@racheljoy you could do the straight edges technique but for that you would have to start over again because you need to add an extra string on either side. MashaKnots on YouTube has a video on the straight edges technique but you can also check out the tutorial on it I wrote in the tutorial section.

I'm trying to make this pattern for my sister and I am struggling to keep the edges looking nice. Any tips or advice?

@talamer I did when i first made this! However it can (possibly) lead to slight warping of the sides (depending on your skill level) if the straight edge technique is not used. I didn’t use That technique but a tip if segment knotting!
