@camikaye could be beginner friendly if you are good at keeping track of the row you're on, but I would say intermediate. With only two colors it is very easy to mix up which row you're on and continue the pattern incorrectly before realizing a mistake.
@Unicorn002 I'm not for sure but I believe between 1.5-2.5 hours. I did cut my string too short so for the bracelet but it would probably take 1-3 hours depending on if you are quick at making them or not.
