I really enjoyed this pattern. It's easy to learn and with only 12 rows it repeats frequently enough to make you feel like you're getting somewhere. The contrasting color threads need to be longer than the background color threads. I started out with all strings the same length. After 6 pattern repeats I noticed my B and C colors were only half as long as my A color threads! I ended the bracelet after 8 pattern repeats because I was running out of B and C but I still had 12 inches left of my A color strings.
Make sure your colors have a strong contrast. It's disappointing if they're too similar.
