I still need help I cannot follow this pattern count to make the next section.The white strings do not line up.

I've finished the first set of white and black. Now that I am trying to go on to the next section the strings don't line up. I am so confused the white strings are half way down the section and I am unable to start the face???? WHAT DO I DO? PLEASE
