I have made this pattern at least 10 times and mine still has a wave to it - no matter what direction I hold the piece when I tie each section. And many people have the light wave I get but many have straight edges. I wonder if I

i ended up doing mine w/ 5 colors to fit the flag i did (which works fine if you do a 5x5 square with the triangles having a 4 knot base instead of the original 5) and it’s so cute!! very easy and quick too
