@ab_crafts, oops I still wasn’t done typing 😅. But thank you for letting me know, I will check out the thread, I think a bigger ball of thread would be better for patterns with a lot of a certain string. Ik that the one I made for this pattern used almost two skeins of embroidery thread and I had to make sure I had more then one of the brown (hence why I did it with brown instead of blue, I use less brown then blue), but thank you!!

That's No. 10 sized "classic" crochet thread I've used in these. I've been collecting lots of partially-used sets from eBay for a few months, and now have a wide array of colors. I like it for patterns with more strings, so that the bracelets don't end up so wide. It's thinner string and makes smaller knots. It tends to be less comfortable to handle, though, and the patterns need more iterations to be long enough, so take longer to complete for me. Since those rolls are so large, they take more space to store, too. I'm glad to be working with it though 🙂 I think the smaller knots hide my inconsistencies, haha! I love experimenting!
