@chunkypetr that's up to you 😄 I think both would look nice. I'd take the center knot of row 4 or 16 as the tip of the triangle or as the lowest point of the v-shape. I'd adjust the pattern slightly, so the edge of the triangle end or the teardrop loop is all white.
