@tisabush this pattern is really just a basic zigzag...
If you look at rows 1-12 almost all knots are forward, just a few backward knots for the white "spikes" Row 13 changes direction (you could substitute all fb knots here) Rows 14 -26 are backward except the white spikes Row 27 changes direction again
Keep in mind where the same colors intersect, it doesn't matter if knots are f b fb or bf because the color will be the same.
And the photo of the mulit-colored bracelet by @olga_knots isn't this pattern, it actually belongs on #34499
