@lanameg you basically pretend that it’s an even amount until you finish the triangles! if there are 9 strings in the pattern, you would do two triangles of 4 each and just knot over the 8th and 9th string as if they were 1 string. then, when you finish the triangles, you can split them into two strings again. this makes the triangles a tiny bit uneven, but it’s not that noticeable!

@alollipop how did you make the triangle ends with the odd number of base strings? I've been trying to figure it out but I cant quite get it haha

@lanameg thank you, I found a place in the pattern where I could make two triangles and did the triangle ends like that! I based mine off of the picture by @Ashlie because I really liked theirs ❤️
