@Eilidh1234 I use the straight edge technique taught by Masha Knots (@Racoon) on Youtube. (Doing forward-backward and backward-forward knots at the end of each row.) I do these knots upside-down since I also use the upside-down knotting technique taught by @Margaron (tutorial on #33464). 👍
