I am definitely a newbie! I am having quite a bit of trouble reading the patterns. I also cant figure out how to add letters. I would appreciate a tutorial on how to write letters, with pictures. I want to do some alpha patterns but I am confused by them.

I am a mother of two boys, work in childcare and am trying friendship bracelets as a way of getting my concentration back. I have had a bad bout of depression, something I have been fighting all my life, and concentration is usually one of the first things I loose and one of the last I get back.
