Thanks @Duesenberg it's such a great pattern and I really enjoyed making it, even with all the black strings 😁 |

This is such a fantastic pattern, don't want to put anyone off making it, not as easy as it looks, all the black stings, I have gotten to the end of a row all to discover I'm a string short and have to untye to discover id tied one too two stings 🤦the black stings have a way of hiding from you 😅 will take me a few weeks but will post a picture when it's complete |

@funkyXtina a really thick bracelet/arm cuff, a bookmark, maybe even some kind of small pouch or ‘case’ for earphones/other small electronic devices. You could also turn it into a coin purse or case for keys. |

Hi everyone I have made a little mistake when giving credits for the pattern. The correct user-name of the autor is nimue. Where the pattern can be found it carries the number 81936. |

(Just to clear things up and to not make it seem like we mods do not allow credits: the original credit was removed for advertising and for mentioning a website that is not allowed to be mentioned) |

Hi @funkyXtina Make sure you use at least 30cm longer black string, it is going to be used a lot whilst knotting. I just measured out my bracelet: one repetition of 42 rows gives me exactly 43 millimeters. And it is 52 mm wide. This is with Anchor or DMC string (8meter skeins , so it is a relatively thin thread.) with Anchor and DMC mercerised string, I get 1mm per string in length and width. 20 strings would be approx. 20mm for example. So I guess you might have to do 3 to 4 repetitions depending on the wrist circumference. I really recommemd a mercerised string here since you will have to do many knots, there's going to be a lot of friction on the thread when pullimg the knots up. |

@Duesenberg Do you think that one segment of all 42 rows would work for one bracelet? I’m gonna go home and get some string together! |

Hi @funkyXtina 😇 Some might wrap a pen with it or others put it around their ankle/Biceps. Or you could make a bookmark or a DECORATIVE ONLY Dog collar for a big dog. But to not risk damage when the dog is pulling on the leash, I would use a real collar to attach the leash. For myself, i have planned it as a normal bracelet, though. Take care 😇 👍 |
