I went for a cleaning today n asked my fav dental assistant Sky what her favorite color is. I'm SO making this for her! She's not only GREAT at her job but an absolute gem. SO kind n caring and all around an amazing n genuine person. She even made it a point today to find some pamphlets about quitting smoking cause, she knows I'm trying. I adore her.

My first official attempt at a wallhanging! (with a toothbrush as the dowl) 😅

It is a gift for my dentist. The last time I was in her office, she showed me the bracelet I gave her 10 years ago when I first became a patient (my family and I were actually some of her first patients since she just opened her practice). She has it hanging on her bulletin board in her office.

I happened across a clipart that looked just like her and was inspired to create a pattern. I found this interesting wooden/bamboo toothbrush that has charcoal bristles, which seems like an interesting twist on a traditional dowl. 🤪
