@frgt10x it's normal that knots are higher than wide in alphas. To combat it, you can use thicker base strings/double base strings, tie more loosely and push up your rows with a ruler.

made it but it turned out wonky and my knots are always higher than wide :/ butttt I loved the pattern and making it!
