@guccisyd20 you take a keyring (either d-ring or a circular one). You attach 13 strings double the length you would need for the base strings to it. These are your base strings. For a circular keyring I recommend making a triangle start. For a d-keyring you can just start knotting in rows. For the normal keyring you could also just do a loop and put the keyring through the loop.
